Our Spanish holiday beachfront property has it's own balcony with direct views of the sea, the self contained apartment has a seating area, a dining area and a kitchen complete with a microwave, a fridge and an oven. Clean bedding provided (sleeps up to 2 people).

Cycling can be enjoyed nearby. Parking is available a short distance away (additional cost). The apartment is No Smoking.

Our FRONTLINE beach apartment with wonderful direct Sea Views will be thoroughly cleaned and checked before your arrival allowing you to just walk through the front door of “Sea View” and feel the WOW factor along with the visually fabulous scenery and beauty in front of you from the wraparound balcony. This is a relaxing space intended to be enjoyed. Take in the vista or go for a leisurely stroll along the immaculate promenades, maybe just simply watch and relax. Lo Pagan situated on the north shore of the Mar Menor & is part of SAN Pedro del Pinatar famous for its fabulous beach, striking promenade and its own Marina. In the summer there is a fair beside the marina which has a fantastic atmosphere. Possibly the most iconic thing about Lo Pagan is the natural mud baths known as Las Charcas which are available to use for free and are known to be extremely therapeutic for all ages. You could hire a bike and cycle there or alternatively walk, on the route which takes you out to sea into the Mar Menor and the salinas plenty of activities await you if you are so minded. When it comes to eating out you are spoilt for choice there are several amazing restaurants including the well known “Venezuela” within walking distance from Sea View and it's known known for it’s amazing seafood dishes. Local shops nearby include a mini Carrfour where you will find everything you need for a great stay. The local gift shop is extremely close by for the guests and they stock many a hand made Spanish treasure so peruse to your hearts content or alternatively just to sit on the balcony and admire the unobstructed view over the Mar Menor.

This is a lovely apartment and ideal if you are looking to Holiday in Spain & want a Sea View. Murcia to Benidorm is just 1hr 20 mins (132km) via the AP-7. You can drive to Almeria from the apartment in 2hrs 22mins.

We love our Costa Blanca location, plenty to do, lots of good local restaurants, easy access to nearby airports. and Costa del Sol / Malaga is about 4h 20min hours drive away (432km or 268m) and the Alhambra in Granada is 21m / 341km (approx 3h 23min). Perfect for your Holiday in Spain.
